- 96 grams of almond flour
- 24 grams of coconut flour
- 2 tsp. of xanthan gum
- 2 tsp. of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar
- 5 tsp. of water
- 1 egg
Method:
Add both type of flour, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder to the mixture. Add apple cider vinegar during mixing. In the end, add an egg in it. Cover the dough for two minutes.

For pizza dough:
- 1½ cups of share skim shredded mozzarella cheese
